Ok. Fine !! I ll get to the point. This is my first blog n I've named it 'Ravings of a desolate mind' for the simple reason that I couldn't think of any other name. By the way, I used be in a band called 'Chaos' and this is the name of the first song that we wrote. (Just in case you are curious, I had to quit from the band due to geographical reasons. The distance from Bangalore to Trivandrum is 753 kms and so I could no longer make it to the practice sessions on time!!).
In the song, the phrase refers to the "incoherent words of a desperate and lonely mind". But here, I intend it to mean "wildly extravagant talks of an uninhabited mind!!"- precisely what you can expect from most of my future blogs. And I don't think you are going to gain great things such as, say, spiritual enlightenment or the secret of eternal happiness by reading my blogs. So people who have better things to do can definitely skip reading 'em. As for those who wish to linger on and read 'em anyway, you are welcome to post your comments. That's all for now. The 'Ravings' will continue...
